QUALIFICATIONS: B. Sc. in Quantity Surveying / MRICS. Minimum of ten (10) years working expo in all facets of Quantity Survey, all of which shall have been in the capacity of a Chartered Quantity Survey working in a professional consultancy practice. Additional courses/post graduate degrees in area of concerns will be considered a plus. Extensive knowledge and experience in Procurement Methods for consulting and construction as well as international contracting conditions and laws.


Establish and operate cost and financial control systems. Preparation of cost Plans. Prepare and present cash flow and cost management advise. Participate in tender evaluation and assessment. Preparation of valuation of progress and nal payments for any contract. Prepare early stage budgets and detailed cost plans.



B. Sc in Quantity Surveying, minimum of 10 years experience in all facets of Quantity Surveying. Worked in a Professional Consultancy Firm, with knowledge in Procurement Methods for Consultancy and constructions contracts. Preferably with three years experience in the Gulf Region.


Prepare all necessary calculations and other technical Q.5. works. Coordinate with GIS and government authorities to obtain information. Budget development and cash flows. Cost Control and reporting. Project accounting, Contracts administration, Contract dispute analysis and resolution assessment. Measuring assessing and valuing variations, preparation of valuation of progress and payments.



B. Sc. in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of ten years in planning and scheduling works (Project planning, Budgeting, Cost Phasing and Control from the project initiation to close out phases). Proficient in Management Soft wares: Primavera ver. 3.1 (P3), and Expedition, M.S Office and AutoCAD.


Develop and, maintain planning and cost reporting to lead engineer(s) and supervisor(s) within the Technical Services Department. Preparation and review of project master plan. Prepare status Update for corporate Planning. Participate in the Preparation of planning, reporting and control requirements within Tender Documents. Review and assess contractor's invoices and verify progress.



B. Sc. in Architecture with minimum 15 years working experience in project design management. Good knowledge in Modern Designs and Const'n. techniques. Excellent design skills & high talent in developing design ideas through hand rendered sketches, specially on large scale vertical construction projects. Proficient in computer software such as AutoCAD & other relevant programs related to designing, in assessing data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.. Should possess managerial skills and leadership personality in enforcing work discipline among subordinates in his handled section. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.


To manage the projects in accordance with client's requirements, local regulations and national/international standards. Manage and control Pre-Contract Project Team and represents the company in dealing with the owner's representatives, government authorities & municipalities. Good knowledge in project monitoring control and quality control, contracts and change management.



B. Sc. in Architecture/landscape from a recognized college or university. Minimum 10 years experience in conceptual design works & detailed architectural/landscape designs, with knowledge in AutoCAD drafting & other related soft wares. (3D Studio viz, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) Excellent in free hand sketches.


Develop designs, prepare all necessary standards, details and other technical data for implementation of design. Coordinate with the Project Design Manager for the implementation of design work. Execute work within the department's objectives.



B. Sc. in Civil Engineering with 15 years work experience in Structural Design (concrete and steel).Familiar with design software, such as STAAD Pro, Etabs, SAp, etc. with knowledge in AutoCAD Drafting.


Prepare detailed structural design drawings for large scale and prestigious projects such as Towers and High Rise Buildings, Malls and Shopping Centers, Hospitals, Sports complex and other steel & concrete structures.
