PROJECT FINANCE CONTROLLER

An experienced finance professional with a demonstrable track record in the control of large scale multiple Projects. Experience of the Telecommunications environment is an advantage. Individuals currently holding senior finance positions within other sectors are welcome.
• Assisting the Project Director in financial project planning, financial monitoring and reporting, ensuring that reporting takes place in accordance with contractual arrangements.
• Create, develop and manage all aspects of the project budget, cost and financial projection functions
• Preparing and maintaining Project financial reports; on performance against budget and other key performance indicators
• Detailed understanding of the financial performance of project, through interrogation of project cost reports, attendance at review meetings and regular interaction with site staff.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing and collection procedures of different government agencies in the Kingdom
• A hands-on individual, possessing strong management accounting, reporting and analytical skills
