PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

The role is a key one in the organisation and will involve providing a technical and management focus for our teams of environmental scientists and engineers. You should have first class academic qualifications in a relevant science or engineering field, including a higher degree. You should also have a minimum of 10 years experience in environmental science or engineering, at least 5 years of which must have been gained in a commercial environmental consultancy organisation.



SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT CONSULTANTS

You should have over 7 years experience in Environmental Impact Assessment with expertise in areas such as baseline surveys, air, noise, and water quality assessment, contaminated land assessment and environmental modelling software. Familiarity with occupational health risk assessment an advantage. You should have independently carried out EIA Studies for Oil & Gas Operations, Power Plants, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure/Development Projects. You should have a degree in a relevant science or engineering field, and a higher degree is desirable.



SAFETY/RISK ASSESSMENT ENGINEERS

You should have over 6 years experience in HAZID / HAZOP Studies, Consequence Analysis/ QRA for Oil & Gas Operations using well known software like PHAST/SAFETI, Fire Protection and Fire & Gas Detection Systems, Emergency Response Plans etc. You should have a degree in process, chemical, mechanical engineering or similar.



The posts will be based either in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and will involve occasional travel to other parts of the Middle East.

Required to be fully numerate and computer literate with good communication skills. Applicants must have good understanding of material requirements and codes and standards applicable to Oil & Gas process equipment.

Role: Preparation of process designs and technical documentation in support of the Sales and Projects Teams. Evaluate enquiries and select most suitable technology for given application. Generate timely and cost effective process designs, including PFD's, P & ID's and process data sheets. Provide technical support to sales/proposals and project teams.

Proposals Manager

Min Requirement: Engineering or related degree with min 10 years of process design experience in the Petroleum Production or Refining industries. Applicants must have strong knowledge of oil & gas production, hydrocarbon processing or oil & water separation. Experience with use of Promax & Hysys process simulation software programs.

Role: Manage the team issuing all budget and firm proposals, responsible for closely managing, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the proposal generation including design , schedule and projected cosat and margin. Interfacing with Sales, Project Management and Project Engineering. Preparation of proposals including basic design, cost estimation, bid document preparation and technical and commercial negotiatopns with clients and suppliers. Detailed engineering in areas such as P & ID development, plant layout, instrumentation selection and loop design.
