A leading construction company in Abu Dhabi requires the following personnel for their head office / construction sites
in UAE and Qatar.
1) Estimation /Proposals Manager /s (3 No’s)
Degree in either Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Marine with more than 10 years experience in estimation, design coordination and submission of technical and commercial bids for tenders, especially for commercial’ building complexes / industrial and oil field projects. Candidate should be able to lead a team of professional quantity surveyors and estimators, interact with client, negotiate subcontracts and be able to prepare a construction budget on award of projects.
2) Lead OA/OC Engineers /s (3 No’s)
Degree in Civil Engineering with Auditor/Quality Management training with a minimum of 10 years experience. Candidate should be able to provide technical support to construction team and should possess knowledge of implementing ISO 9001 on construction sites. Good presentation and procedure writing skills essential and the ability to prepare Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans is a must.
Fluency in English and previous experience of working in
Gulf / oil field projects will be an advantage.
