Sign (within the limits of assigned Technical Authority) the test pack acceptance after completion of construction as part of the WinPCS Tracking System. Plan for station or part of station start-up and shutdown with Operations. Review marked-up as built drawings (PEFS) of the completed construction before commissioning and handover to Operations. Highlight any deviations from the original design to the Head of Construction. Manage Vendors field or specialist commissioning engineers. He/she reports directly to the Construction Coordinator on a day-day basis and functionally to the QA Manager. Fluent spoken and written English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
