UNIT MANAGERS
The position entails providing leadership and hands-on guidance to your assigned marketing team, developing current and new relationships, to achieve pre-set financial/non-financial objectives.
The key responsibilities include:
Planning and implementing the team’s annual marketing strategy, reviewing the existing portfolio to maintain/enhance the asset quality and control risks, identi1’ing target markets and developing new business to broad base the portfolio and encourage growth including syndications, project financing and cross border exposure.
Developing strong working relations with clients at the decision making level, reviewing and initiating policy changes to suit evolving business conditions and implementing credit controls to attain a satisfactory rating on asset portfolio quality and credit management processes. The role calls for candidates with strong credit, legal and balance sheet knowledge coupled with strong marketing skills and proven leadership qualities. A minimum of 10-12 veers of relevant experience is essential.

Senior Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers
The positions entail managing and enhancing the existing corporate asset portfolio and developing acceptable new relationships in order to meet pre-set financial/non-financial objectives
The key responsibilities include:
• Reviewing the existing corporate portfolio and suggesting appropriate credit facilities, obtaining audited financial statements, analyzing them and recommending credit proposals of potential borrowers.
• Implementing and maintaining control through formal credit checks and informal market feedback. Undergoing an annual credit review process to achieve a satisfactory rating on asset portfolio quality and credit management process.
Ideal candidates should possess strong credit knowledge, awareness of financial products & services and excellent marketing & communication skills. MBAs with minimum marketing experience of8-10 years, for Senior Relationship Managers, and 4.7 years, for Relation ship Managers will be preferred.

ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS / CREDIT ANALYSTS
The positions entail preparing detailed credit proposals and assisting the marketing team in maintaining the account relationship and resolving related issues, if any.
The key responsibilities include:
• Preparing credit proposals and presentations focused on risk analysis and mitigates, in terms of financial business, operational management and environmental factors and duly supported by the financial highlights addressing key factors.
The roles require candidates who possess sound knowledge of credit, legal and financial products, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. MBAs with minimum experience of 1-3 years will be preferred.
