To be responsible for make and reconcile all data entries relevant to costing (MISYS MFG) software, compile data for evaluation in order to update historical data/ financial and costing analysis for management decision making, reporting to make further improvement in existing system under the guidelines of Chief Accountant . To be responsible of inventory controlling and planning subject to management and directions.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


- Creation of manufacturing orders for raw material issuance & receiving controls.
- To work as data entries operator for manufacturing entries.
- Creation of new items and Bill of Material (BOM).
- Basic knowledge for formulation and understanding of standard of cost system.
- To accumulate and reconcile the data operations.
- To control raw materials, process stock, finished products, spare parts inventory, etc.
- To support physical inventory audit system.
- To support and compile cost data for actual costing and management decision making.
- To make vouchering and verification for store data entries.
- Raw material issuance vouchers.
- Spare parts issuance vouchers.
- Finished products issuance vouchers.
- Sales invoices / credit Notes.


OTHERS


- Any other tasks directed by the Chief Accountant.
QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Computer literate, having manufacturing software, work exercise 2-3 years as same capacity in industrial manufacturing company.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written), English written & speaking.

RESPONSIBLE FOR : All matters related to receivable accounts and control of authorities related.

- Post all invoices to customers correctly and punctually.
- Make sure before booking any revenue that all materials have been delivered, services have been rendered, etc.
- Confirm that all required documents are attached with the signature of authorized personnel.
- Make sure that due amounts from the customers are followed up punctually.
- Reconcile the receivable balances with customers on regular basis.
- Post collections and assign them against correct sales invoices.
- Classify good, normal and bad customers.
- Make sure that no export sale is done without documented credits, export approval from the authorities.
- Review Aging Analysis of customers on regular basis.
- Make sure that receivable module is matching with General Ledger.
- Make sure that the books of accounts show the correct amount of credit sales collectible from customers.
- Assists in special projects as required.
- Has enough knowledge of the theories, principles of Accounting.
- Dress in a very professional and presentable manner.
- Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.
- Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


- Provides a variety of clerical accounting functions such as compiling and sorting documents, calculating and verifying amounts, and posting transactions to accounts. May be assigned to specific areas of accounting such as account receivable, payroll, billing etc. May need to provide procedural assistance to less experienced clerical accounting staff.
- Reconciles bank accounts posts to general and subsidiary ledgers.
- Prepares monthly closing reports as necessary.
- Enters accounts receivable and payable invoices to the computers system.
- Runs checks weekly, sorting and filing backups.
- Posts entries from cash book into accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Prepares invoices for reimbursable expenses.
- Updates outstanding checklist in Accounts Payable System.
- Files and maintains accounting records.
- Ability to manage the accounting section with stress of overloaded works.
