project. Needs to be a Graduate! Diploma in Civil! Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 15—20 yrs.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS (Code: C.M.)
Responsible for construction part of the contract including planning & resource management. Should have
predominantly on-field experience and preferably also have an understanding of office site co-ordination.
Needs to be a Graduate/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 10-15 yrs of experience in
construction, preferably with Transmission! Distribution & / or substation background
MANAGER (QA / QC) (Code: QAM)
Responsible for TQM & quality control of incoming, processed & finished goods (Transmission Line
materials). Should have knowledge of various national & international standards on structural steel grade,
fabrication, galvanizing, fasteners, transmission line, telecommunication tower assembly and erection.
Should be able to interact with clients on various quality aspects, preparation of QA manuals, organize
quality circle meetings, testing of samples etc. Should be Graduate Engineer with 5-10 yrs of experience,
preferably with Transmission! Distribution & ! or substation background.
COMMERCIAL MANAGERS (Code: Comm. M.)
Responsible for accounts, MIS, Taxation, Invoicing, Monitoring of receivables & stock payable, dealing with
bankers etc. Should have knowledge of Tally preferably worked in an ERP environment. C.A with 3-7 yrs of
experience or Commerce Graduate with 8-10 yrs of experience shall apply.
FIELD ENGINEERS (Code: F.E.)
Should be conversant with Transmission line activities like Foundation, Erection & Stringing. Needs to be a
Graduate / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical ! Electrical Engineering with minimum 2-5 yrs of experience in
construction / planning / project coordination.
SAFETY (HSE) OFFICERS (Code : S.0.)
Science! Engineering Graduate with 5-7 years of experience. Should have safety certificate from accredited
agencies.
SURVEYORS (Code :5)
Should be conversant with total stations and preferably having experience of GPS instruments. Diploma in
Survey! ITI in Survey with minimum 3-5 yrs of experience.
SUPERVISORS I FOREMEN (Code: S/F)
Should be conversant with Transmission line activities like Foundation, Erection & Stringing. Needs to have
minimum 5-6 yrs of experience in this field.
