CLAIMS FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR - (based in Dubai)

Your will be reporting directly to the Motor Claims Manager and will be an integral member of the Motor Claims team providing professional claims service to our customers. Guide, direct, support and motivate colleagues in handling customer transactions, providing quick response; develop and drive a working culture of excellence, understanding, friendliness, accuracy, service flexibility, empathy, and continuous improvement. Dealing with complaints and logging them in accordance with R&SA complaints process. ASSISTANT MARINE HULL UNDERWRITER (DUBAI OFFICE)

Your key responsibilities would include developing the Middle East Marine Hull account in conjunction with the UK and Singapore Marine underwriting team, to underwrite Hull risks within a specific underwriting license and line structure and ensure the Group fully exploits the wider Marine proposition. Further, you will need to understand & support UK Marine business strategy, promote the profile and expertise of the Marine Hull operation within the Global Marine and international market, as well as initiating, managing and reporting on designated projects.

Ideally a knowledge and understanding of Hull underwriting, underwriting strategy, London Market agreements and practices, marine insurance contracts and principles & practice both in the Middle East and the world market would be of benefit. You will assist the Motor Survey team to survey all damaged vehicles, negotiate repair costs, minimise claims costs/leakage whilst ensuring the best customer service standards are maintained. You need to be an Automobile Engineering graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years similar experience.

MARINE CARGO UNDERWRITER (based in Dubai)

You will be working closely with the Underwriting Manager-Marine in developing and servicing the business. In addition, you will be providing support in monitoring development of the marine portfolio, communicating market developments, underwriting marine risks within agreed standards and underwriting licence, submission of recommendations regarding action to be taken on risks exceeding agreed authority, establishing and maintaining business relationships with brokers, customers and Group personnel. You must have a background in the marine insurance contracts, principles and practice.

UNDERWRITER - CASUALTY (based in Dubai)

Your key responsibilities would include managing, monitoring and controlling delegated underwriting caseload including independent preparation of referrals to the Underwriting centre, assisting in monitoring and reviewing portfolio performance, supporting and participating in the department projects, technical training initiatives and delivery of product development and review initiatives, risk control strategy and practice and applying underwriting knowledge and technical skill to benefit the customer and the company. You must have professional Insurance qualifications preferred (CII) with significant underwriting experience within the major insurance market, background in Casualty (Liability), has an ability build and maintain professional relationship with brokers and customers. In addition, you must have knowledge in the risks associated with the customer environment and its associated products.

CLAIMS HANDLER MOTOR - (based in Dubai & Sharjah)

Your key responsibilities would include applying Best Practices to the claims process such as registration, handling, assessment, negotiation, settlement and review of outstanding claims within agreed service levels and as per R&SA Claims Manual. You must have the ability to learn quickly and have the drive and enthusiasm to be a team player, demonstrate initiative and high standard of accuracy, an ability to deliver and perform largely unsupervised and within tight timeframes. You must be able deal with difficult claims and customers for resolution in the best interests of the company and customers. You must be a university graduate and have at least 3 years experience in motor claims handling with an insurance qualification. You need to have good working knowledge of computer systems and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to converse in Arabic will be an advantage.

MOTOR RECOVERY CLAIMS HANDLER - (based in Dubai)

Your key responsibilities would include timely recording and dispatching of recovery claim documents, proactively dealing with the third party insurance companies on all motor recovery claims and authorisation up to claims handling and settlement within company guidelines and service standards, arranging surveys and follow-up with garages/loss adjusters as required. You must be a university graduate, with knowledge of and experience in insurance for at least 2 years. Arabic speaking candidates preferred.

ACCOUNTANT (based in Dubai)
