TECHNICAL TRAINER (Process)
Location: Das Island
Our client, a leading Oil & Gas company is seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for the above position
Min qualification: B.SC graduates or equivalent within the age group of 36-56 yrs who have completed an approved programme of practical training, such as Apprenticeship or Professional Institution/ Engineering Training Body / Armed Services/ accredited training programme and or SVQ/NVQ Accreditations along with min 5 yrs experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a further 6 yrs related to industrial experience. Applicants must have a good standard of English and must be computer literate
Role: Coach the Developees (Process/Operation Engineers, Operaion Controllers and Operators) in both theoretical and practical activities. Design and produce a comprehensive system for ensuring that the practical competence of the workforce is developed to the required standards. Deliver “short sharp” practical courses which emphasis the acquisition of practical skills. Design, produce and deliver practical material for remedial work as identified by GAP analysis. Track the progress of Developees and produce reports as required
Remuneration: Attractive salary package. 5/2 work cycle, along with food and accommodation on the Island, 38 days annual leave and all other normal expatriate benefits.
